Despite the country of origin one is arrested for downloading movies for download not illegal in any country. What is not permissible, however, allows others to obtain copyrighted material (music / movies) from your computer. Sun shares for others to download movies from your computer is illegal. So folks, download, and are actually against the law and arrested. People who do not download files but do not get back a law. Moreover, one must be at least 100 films before an investigation could share, even considered. :) I hope that was helpful:)
